Final game at old Mosaic, I'm there

Not much of a game so far but it's nice to be at the last game before they go to the new stadium down the street.

The old Taylor Field?

When I was growing up, I was a big Eskimos fan.

We used to go to Regina most summers to visit my mom's family and it seemed like the Eskimos were almost always in town - I saw quite a few Eskimos games at old Taylor Field in the mid-late 80s and early 90s.

As a Lions Fan... I loved it....

When I think of Taylor Field and the Roughies, I think Lancaster and Reed... and when I think Lancaster and Reed, I think of Lion losses for many years in a row...

Which brings me back to loving the send off the crusty old field was given tonight....

I've never been there before, but once I went there twice...

Do they still have that chain link fence in the endzone?
I have a hazy memory of players running into that thing full tilt in the '70s.

Nope, that was removed ages ago.

University section, trough urinals, the general insanity in the stands. Hopeful there is less lineups for everything at the new stadium.
