Just read these posts and turned on my app to find CBC showing the women's hockey game while Canadians were going for the podium in moguls... WTF? Good programming choice...

Woke up in the middle of the night and saw Alex Harvey finish eighth in skiathlon (he was briefly in bronze position near the end) but fell asleep again before Bloemen's race. Might not be his only medal of the games.

It was incredible to see McMorris win a medal less than a year removed from life-threatening injuries. He is just unbelievable. And for Parrot to come back from two big falls to lay down a silver-winning run is crazy. Had to be in a lot of pain.

Kinda bitter that the one American in the field won gold... he said he didn't even know what the Olympics were (seriously?)

Sven Kramer is such a baller. I wanted the Canadian to win that race of course, but it's easy to cheer for such a great champion like Kramer. Hope he comes back in four years to defend that title again.

Yeah I switched to the moguls event on the app but it didn't have play-by-play. Got rid of cable a few years ago. Thankfully CBC offers all this for free on the app, they could make a killing if they charged for it.

Yeah the cbc website has the live stuff with play by play too if you are near a computer. Not sure if it works on the tablets or cell phones

Not doing so well in mixed curling. ..leading 3-2 after 4...but big mistakes costing what should have been easy points....letting Norway stay in things
