I was just thinking (something Trump supporters seldom do): has any prez died of natural causes while in office?
It would be fun if it happened in 2018, no?
That's my "best wish" Grin

Yeah, "I've got a tremendous migraine...", and then face first into a bowl of clam chowder.
(poetic license but that was the jist of it)

Trump gets enough exercise through his golfing. I'm sure he'll last until 2024.

LOL @ exercise driving around in a cart!
Get driven, get off, walk average of 12.3 feet, get driven 2-4 holes, walk another few feet and get back into cart every time.
Repeat 17 times.
I think I burn more calories whacking off...a heavy load Wink

- Hello, Prez. Narciss, would you like another Big Mac?
- No, two more. And don't hold back on those sugary drinks!

He wishes he would burn calories every time he tweeted, though... Grin

2024? He may end up in prison by 2019  Laugh

There was a US President that got stuck in a bathtub.

That's my birthday wish for Trump (it could happen) , and 911 is busy.  SN devil

Now wait a minute: we also get to choose his method of dying?
Hmmmmm......

Can it be a 3-step procedure? Grin

First, force him to listen to a full day's worth of Celine Dion, Justine Bieber and then a medley of rap music.

Then, tie him up, and tickle him till he pleads for mercy. If he's not ticklish, then bring any 100 (or more) people he has insulted, and let them have at him!

Finally, tie him up and stick a skewer through him (with a Canadian apple stuffed in his mouth), and turn him around and around over a slow fire. Collect all the fat (and Lord knows that's a lot of fat!). Once he has left this earth, have a gourmet chef carve him up (and good!), and feed children refugees separated from their parents. Use the fat and make good ol' Canadian bacon, and feed a bunch of refugees that he has not allowed into the country Laugh

Those are pretty extravagant.

Maybe when he celebrates the big 75, the Warden will let him have a conjugal visit from some porn star.

Lot of calorie counters here. Wink
Trump neither drinks nor smokes; his parents lasted to ages 93 & 88.
Pretty sure he'll survive to 78.

Trump gets enough exercise through golfing. But maybe he should also take up the yo-yo as a backup.

You mean the driving around on a golf course (including up onto the greens)? He MAY walk a couple feet during an entire round..

Sigh.
The point is that his lifestyle and gene pool would suggest strenuous exercise is not really needed to achieve longevity in his case.

Would it be easier for you if I attached a trailer hitch on my ass? You seem to be enjoy trailing along behind me these days.

To my knowledge, playing 18 holes of golf while using a power cart, still burns, on average, 400-450 calories.

For a "larger person", it will be a bit higher.

Of course, more calories are burned walking the course.

I would assume that includes people walking from the cart to the ball on the green, probably about 50-100 feet each way per green... he drives right up on to them, that's 900-1800 feet of NOT walking.

Haha...

Genes do play a significant part in a person's chances for chronic conditions, heart disease, diabetes, and so on. But he's doing a crap ton of damage to himself with his stress, weight, inactivity (golfing a few times a month isn't sufficient, and would very likely be considered at risk), and diet...

Not smoking or drinking are good, as in they don't add any risk to your lifestyle, but relatively speaking alcohol doesn't add much to risk unless you drink excessively. So really, his not smoking is the only real lifestyle thing he does that can be considered healthy.

Visually you can see his hip/abdomen ratio isn't optimal, and while BMI isn't a good rating for athletes, he's no athlete, and would easily be considered overweight/obese or even morbidly obese based on his BMI. For the record, his doctor didn't measure this when he said Trump was healthy.

There are other factors at play that we don't know, his mental health, how well does he truly monitor his biometric data, blood pressure, cholesterols (lipids, total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, A1C) and so on.

So, the point is that you clearly have no idea as to what makes up lifestyle risks if all you are considering is alcohol and smoking.
