Chinese liquor
#1
A long shot, but I am wondering if anyone here has any knowledge of a Chinese liquor from the Kweichow Moutai Group.  The only English is "N30"  500ml, 53%/vol

Brilliant clear color. Fruity, vaporous, savory aromas and flavors of stewed cashew fruit, sauerkraut and borsht, tamari marinated meat, and twice baked potatoes with a tannic, lively, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a hot, refreshing, long braised beef, mealy Asian pear, pineapple husk and yogurt, and white chocolate finish. A complex interplay of savory, meaty, earthy, and fruity notes.

Thanks.  I was wondering more about its value and where I might be able to sell it.

I also have a bottle of Russian vodka that comes in the shape of a soccer ball at the bottom of the bottle.  It was done for the World Cup.  It even has a whistle attached.

Moutai is gross. It’s all over the place here in HK at a wide range of price points but they all taste gross.

That has to be one of the most ridiculous tasting notes I have ever read. Sauerkraut, borsht, marinated meat, twice baked potato, mealy asian pear, long braised beef, pineapple husk, yogurt, white chocolate, stewed cashew fruit... wtf?

Sounds like a description of vomit.

I hear they'll consume pretty much anything out there.

Nothing in the form of liquid should ever taste like meat.

lol, beer descriptions like this always make me laugh. How can it even be drinkable?

I notice differences from one beer to the next, but I couldn't describe it like these tasters do.

When it comes to beer all I care about is whether it is really hoppy. Other than that I can enjoy any type of beer.

I was at a bar where some pretentious beer snobs came in and were disecting the flavors of their beers. They asked the bartender if there were any bars that offered a more sophisticated selection of beers. He sent them to a dump. Everybody at the bar mocked them after they left.
