Hope all is well here TOF.

It is never wrong to do the right thing. And in this case, I would say you've done the right thing, regardless of the consequences.

Well that was a waste of time.

She asked me if I wanted to edit my letter before it went through official channels. She thought my wording was a little ‘strong’ in some parts and that I might want to reconsider.

I told her what I wrote is the truth and I’m not going to change it.

She submitted it as is.

What grade did she give it?  Would the edits have led to a higher grade?

The edit was to the appeal itself. I’ll know in two weeks.

If I am not satisfied, the process is as follows: dean —> administrative authority—> ombudsman.

There was an important lesson here to be learned: never try.

Anytime you want to speak up, ask yourself "What would Crosby do".

Wish Crosby and Cosby were not only one letter apart...  totally changes the meaning...
